Work-Based Learning (WBL) at IGNITE Pathways provides students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real work environments while developing essential technical, academic, and employability skills. Through WBL, students actively engage in their chosen career pathways, learning firsthand what it takes to excel in the workforce. This practical experience not only enhances their education but also equips them with valuable technical skills that are crucial for success in their future careers. Criteria to Apply for WBL:

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Be in good academic standing as determined by school counselors
  • Completed resume
  • Proficient scores on Professional Skills Rubric
