CONSTRUCTION TECH HOUSE

The IP Construction House at IGNITE Pathways offers students a unique, hands-on learning experience in the construction industry. Serving as a working lab for construction classes, this project allows students to apply the skills they learn in real-time, from framing and electrical work to plumbing and finishing. By actively participating in the construction of a house, students gain valuable experience in various trades, preparing them for careers in the construction field. The IP Construction House not only reinforces classroom learning but also gives students a practical, immersive experience, helping them build essential industry skills and confidence.

The Design

This custom home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open concept floor plan. There is a three car garage and a walk-out basement. The custom deck on the back of the home provides a great place for relaxation and entertainment.
