The IP Roots and Blossoms group is a student-led business at IGNITE Pathways focused on growing and selling produce and flowers. Utilizing the Freight Farm, students manage all aspects of the business, from cultivating crops to marketing and selling their products. This experience gives students interested in agriculture, horticulture, and business management valuable hands-on learning opportunities. IP Roots and Blossoms is committed to sustainable farming practices and aims to serve the community by providing locally grown, fresh produce and beautiful flowers. Through this initiative, students gain both technical and entrepreneurial skills, preparing them for future careers while giving back to the community.

The IGNITE Pathways Freight Farm will play a central role in the IP Roots and Blossoms student-led business, offering hands-on experience for students interested in growing foliage and produce. This innovative, self-contained farming system allows students to cultivate a variety of plants in a controlled environment, honing their agricultural and business management skills. Through IP Roots and Blossoms, students will not only learn the technical aspects of growing and maintaining crops, but also gain real-world experience by providing fresh produce and plants to the local community, contributing to sustainability efforts and community well-being.
