The program package offers a comprehensive guide for districts to design and implement engaging Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs for middle school students. It covers the benefits of early career exploration, flexible course options, and collaboration with industry partners. The package includes sessions on integrating CTE into the school schedule, coordinating with local businesses, and managing the programs effectively. Participants will develop actionable plans, schedules, and partnerships to enhance career exploration and skill development for middle school students, ultimately preparing them for future success.

Program Title: Developing Middle School Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs

Objective: Guide districts in creating engaging and exploratory CTE opportunities for students in grades 6-8, helping them explore various careers and pathways through flexible programming options.
