IGNITE Pathways is offering four coaching cycle packages for educators looking to transform education. These sessions provide educators with direct access to the IGNITE team, allowing them to ask questions, schedule meetings, and request resources. Educators will gain first-hand insight into how IGNITE successfully transformed education for students, providing a practical roadmap for their own district's journey.
Each package offers progressively more hours of support and access to advanced educational tools, helping districts tailor their transformation journey according to their specific needs.

Essential

  •  Hours: 8-10 hours of coaching support
  • Access to Packages: Needs Assessment, Middle School and High School CTE Programming
  • Services: Foundational support to assess district needs and develop effective CTE programs for middle and high school students

  •  Hours: Increased coaching hours (greater than Essential)
  • Access to Packages: Includes all Essential packages plus Developing Partnerships and Competency-Based Education (CBE)
  • Services: Additional guidance for forming partnerships and implementing the CBE model, alongside foundational CTE support

Enterprise

  • Hours: Expanded coaching hours (greater than Premium)
  • Access to Packages: Full access to all six packages: Needs Assessment, MS and HS CTE Programming, Developing Partnerships, Competency-Based Education, and Integrating Core Academics into CTE
  • Services: Comprehensive coaching to support all aspects of educational transformation, including integration of core academics with CTE
