This comprehensive workshop is designed to provide an in-depth overview of the IGNITE program while allowing districts to explore the urgent need for educational change and how to achieve it.  

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

  • Purpose:  Understanding the why behind the shift in education and its importance in today's world.

  • People: Identifying the key stakeholders necessary to drive and sustain educational transformation.

  • Places: Exploring various environments where this change can effectively take place, from classrooms to communities.

  • Processes:  Learning the steps required to put these changes into action within your district.

  • Discovery Time: Diving into the culture, capacity, and commitment of your district with interactive discussions, design activities, and deeper learning opportunities.

In addition to the 3-hour workshop, IGNITE Pathways offers a more in-depth option for districts seeking a deeper dive into educational transformation. 

This extended session includes all the elements of the 3-hour workshop, but provides additional time and space for teams to collaborate and begin the practical work of redesigning education for their communities.

6-hour workshop
This immersive workshop is ideal for districts ready to take significant steps toward change.  In addition to covering the purpose, people, places, and processes needed for educational transformation, this session provides time for districts to create action plans for the future.
This workshop is designed to move beyond theory into practical application, giving district teams the tools and collaborative time needed to start turning their vision into reality.
