IGNITE Education Workshops are tailored to meet the diverse needs of school districts looking to transform their educational practices.

3-Hour Workshop

This comprehensive workshop is designed to provide an in-depth overview of the IGNITE program while allowing districts to explore the urgent need for educational change and how to achieve it.  

The 3-hour session includes:

  • Purpose:  Understanding the why behind the shift in education and its importance in today's world.

  • People: Identifying the key stakeholders necessary to drive and sustain educational transformation.

  • Places: Exploring various environments where this change can effectively take place, from classrooms to communities.

  • Processes:  Learning the steps required to put these changes into action within your district.

  • Discovery Time: Diving into the culture, capacity, and commitment of your district with interactive discussions, design activities, and deeper learning opportunities.

This interactive workshop is not just a presentation; it's a hands-on experience where participants can actively discuss, design, and delve deeper into the learning process, ensuring that they leave with actionable insights and a clear path forward.

In addition to the 3-hour workshop, IGNITE Pathways offers a more in-depth option for districts seeking a deeper dive into educational transformation. 

This extended session includes all the elements of the 3-hour workshop, but provides additional time and space for teams to collaborate and begin the practical work of redesigning education for their communities.

The 6-hour session includes:

  • Extended Collaboration Time: Teams will have more opportunities to work together, share insights, and build a cohesive vision for change.

  • Iterative Design Process: Participants will begin drafting a detailed design of how the IGNITE model could be adapted and implemented within their district, allowing for real-time feedback and adjustments.

  • Brainstorming Sessions: Dedicated time will be spent brainstorming and creating actionable lists of key people and places that could drive this educational shift, tailored to each district's unique community and needs.

6-Hour Workshop

This immersive workshop is ideal for districts ready to take significant steps toward change.  In addition to covering the purpose, people, places, and processes needed for educational transformation.

This workshop is dsigned to move beyond theory into practical application, giving district teams the tools and collaborative time needed to start turning their vision into reality.
