Initial Consultation: Customers bring in their PC for a free diagnostic assessment. Our team will evaluate the issue and provide a clear explanation of what needs to be done.
Service Proposal: After diagnostics, we’ll share a repair plan and estimated cost, with no obligation to proceed.
Repair and Troubleshooting: Upon approval, our students will repair the device and test it to ensure it's fully operational.
Customer Pickup: After a successful repair, we’ll contact you to pick up your PC, and our students will explain any changes made to your system.

Basic Troubleshooting: Resolving common issues such as slow performance, unexpected crashes, or software errors.
Virus and Malware Removal: Protecting your system by removing harmful viruses or malware that might be slowing it down.
Hardware Installation: Installing or upgrading components like RAM, hard drives, and graphics cards.
Operating System Installation/Upgrade: Helping with installations or updates to ensure your system runs the latest software.
Data Recovery: Attempting to retrieve lost files due to system failure or accidental deletion.
PC Cleaning and Maintenance: Offering cleaning services to remove dust and debris from your PC’s internal components to keep it running efficiently.

Additionally, community members are welcome to make additional donations to support the IP PC Shop enterprise.
