The HVAC: Forced Air and Heating Systems course provides students with a foundational understanding of heating, ventilation, air humidification, and filtration systems. Through hands-on experiences and technical instruction, students will explore the operation, installation, and function of forced air heating systems while gaining knowledge of essential industry terminology and energy sources. 

Course Description

Forced Air and Heating Systems covers the application of energy sources and equipment as they apply to heating, ventilation, air humidification, and filtration systems.

Topics of Study

  • Articulate the multiple systems used in heating, ventilation, air humidification and filtration systems.

  • Examine the function, installation, and operation of forced air heating systems.

  • Define industry terminology in heating equipment and essential energy sources.
